WILLING WORKERS

We are a Sunday School class that is focused on the study and application of God’s Word in our everyday lives.  We believe that all of Scripture is as relevant today as it was at the time the Holy Spirit moved upon the hearts of men to write it.  It is our goal to worship and grow together as we examine the Scripture and apply it in a meaningful way.

This class includes men and women from a variety of backgrounds.  We have married couples, as well as singles, who make-up our current group.  The age range of our class is currently from approximately 30 years old to the mid-40’s.  However, we encourage everyone, regardless of age, to join us in our study. 

Although the class is under the leadership of an experienced Bible teacher, everyone is encouraged to join in the frequent discussions we have as we study the Scripture.  We have learned that discussion is often the best way for us to bond and grow together.  However, no one is ever called upon to read or discuss anything, nor is there an expectation that everyone should do so.

For the past several months we have been involved in an amazing study of the patriarchs of the Old Testament.  Through this study, God has demonstrated how He uses ordinary people, through faith and obedience, to do extraordinary things for His Kingdom. Although this study has been ongoing, it is taught in such a way that even first-time visitors should never feel out of place.  For God is faithful to reveal His incredible Truth every time we meet.

We encourage you to visit with us this Sunday morning.  Sunday School begins at 9:45 a.m. and ends at 10:45.  The class is easy to find.  Simply enter into the main foyer of the church and take the stairs to your left. Once you reach the bottom of the stairs, we are the first room on your left.  We hope to see you soon!
