Any woman of any age is welcome in the Sunday School Class of the Daughters of the King. Our class is based on two scriptures: Titus 2:3-5, and Proverbs 27:17. We do teach a lesson, but we also encourage voluntary participation. Presently, we are teaching from the book of Dr. Charles F. Stanley, 30 Life Principles. It is a study for growing in the knowledge and understanding of God where you learn about Him, His ways, and His awesome plan for your life.

It is amazing that no other book in the world can be read and studied daily, and you not get tired of reading it. However, that is true of the Bible. So every Sunday, when we come together to hear the word of God taught, it will be like a deep well of water to strengthen, empower and guide you with its everlasting truth.

Also, the wisdom of the Bible can guide you throughout your life. You learn from people's choices in the Bible, so you will choose the right way. You will hear your classmates share their lives, and you will gain Godly wisdom from their life experiences.

Each Sunday we share any prayer requests, and then we pray for them as well as each other. It is comforting to know that your Sisters in Christ are helping you by praying with you.

The Daughter's of the King's class has been strong in our church's mission work. In the past, we have participated in the Community Makeover project, the monthly God on Duty, Paulding Pregnancy Walk and the mission trip to Wise, Virginia as well as other ones in the church.

Finally, our class is unique in the fact that we can discuss, share problems and joys that only women experience. Then we can look in the scriptures together, and see how God wants us to handle them.

Please come and join our class downstairs in the room across from the elevator at 9:45 a.m. each Sunday morning. Our desire is to teach you in God's ways.
